*The rate (75¢ per sq ft) is a monthly fee paid to secure the firm’s services and availability for your property. It covers services and reporting within the agreed scope. The retainer ensures priority access to the firm’s expertise and resources.

Any additional services outside the retainer, such as special events, travel, or extraordinary tasks, are billed separately.
