SVCCO | Maison Svc. provides mold prevention and monitoring services intended to help identify and address conditions that may contribute to mold growth. These services may include routine visual inspections, humidity monitoring, HVAC oversight, leak detection, ventilation checks, and coordination with qualified vendors when concerns are identified. Mold prevention services do not guarantee that mold will not occur, nor do they constitute mold remediation, environmental testing, mold inspection, or professional remediation services. Maison Svc. does not warrant or guarantee the absence, prevention, detection, or removal of mold or other microbial growth. The Client acknowledges that mold can develop due to conditions beyond our control, including water intrusion, plumbing failures, HVAC malfunctions, condensation, elevated humidity, building conditions, construction defects, weather events, or other sources. If conditions suggesting possible mold or significant moisture intrusion are identified, SVCCO |Maison Svc. may recommend an appropriately licensed and qualified mold assessment, environmental testing, water mitigation, or remediation professional. Any such services will be performed by third-party providers and will be subject to separate fees and agreements. The Client remains responsible for all costs associated with mold inspection, testing, remediation, restoration, or related property damage.
